Delivery Methods:
SWAT Odor Vehicle-The SWAT (Sprays Wide and Terminates) Odor Vehicle is a multi purpose vehicle that can not only mist NWC’s Battalion of Bacteria and Enzyme combatants and the Odor Neutralizers but at the same time it can topically apply the bacteria and enzyme battalion. It is also equipped with a tank, agitator, gear pump, and spray cannon/and/or hose. The cannon allows for the application of the NWC cover materials to further reduce odorous waste. Composting operations is an ideal use for this piece of equipment. The 550 gallon SWAT vehicle has two hydraulically driven rotary head misters. Standard use per day is about 5 gallons of material
Misting Systems-Fixed Installation with High Pressure pump: A high-pressure pump (1100 psi max operating pressure) delivers diluted product to the linear spray line with a UV resistant high pressure hose (3000 psi rated) designed for use with liquids. Nozzles that are used are designed to produce an atomizing disbursal of the liquid in a cone shape. The cone shape aids in the interaction with the odors in the areas needing to be treated. These nozzles have an internal filter that aids in the prevention of blockages.
The NWC’s odor control chemical is directly injected, by use of a Pulsafeeder pump, into the high-pressure pump allowing for point of use control of the particular ratio of odor control chemical to water to treat the odors present. The pump system has an onboard water filter system to clean the incoming water of any particles that might be present that could cause blockages or damage in the operating system. The system has a digital programmable timer that allows for operation without constant attention. This allows for operation of the odor control system on a 24 hour, seven-day schedule without operators having to attend to a schedule of manual operation. The system has minimal maintenance required to provide for long term worry free use in the control of your odor control operations.
Rotary Head– Electric Motor Fixed Installation System: NWC also offers a simple low maintenance low pressure, rotary head system. Rotary head sprayers are driven by a large electric motor that is suspended from the ceiling. The units have an effective circular range of 50 feet so a grid pattern has to be laid out to get the effective coverage in a building. 120 v power needs to be run to each location along with a low pressure water line. A central location for a low pressure pump, controller and injector pulsafeeder pump is also needed.

Simplified Odor Sprayer- The SOS Odor sprayer (pictured at right) is mobile platform on which is mounted a 500 gallon spray tank, an electric pump, a metering system, diesel engine and high pressure nozzle arms. The SOS Odor Sprayer can cover a wide area for odor control and functions only for spraying odor control material.
